Peterson has joined us from the Miriam Centre. His care giver is away right now and Mami Heather brought him home to help out! He is a precious 4 year old who weighs 15 pounds. We call him Petey!!

How the garden in growing....................

Things are coming along! We have tomatoes on some plants, blooms on others! The basil is so big it is about to go to seed! Hurry up tomatoes!! We planted cauliflower, eggplant, beans, peas, zuccinni, lettuce and spinach today!

Big THANK YOU to Bill Waterman for bringing over 200 seed packages down!! Now to get a bunch more dirt on the roof!

This is what it's all about............

We had an amazing group of volunteers come down from North Carolina last week! A few had been here many times before, some long time supporters and for some it was their first time. They helped us get projects done that we just don't have time to do but are always weighing on our minds because they need to get done. We are very grateful for the work everyone did! At the end of the trip I was able to sit down with some of them and give them a sponsor child! It's a very special moment to see children and their sponsors connect.
